Event Series 2017

For the past year, Glownet has worked with German event management company Gastrobande to deliver events. Over 15,000 guests have attended events in famous nightclubs such as Faceclub, City Centre Löbau and Hans Im Klub.

In 2017 Glownet partnered with Gastrobande to deliver our first event series. Under event series, customers are given RFID cards which are used to pay at bars across all venues certified by Gastrobande. Online top-ups have also been enabled, allowing guests to load up their Gastrobande cards with credit externally and prior to the event.

An additional advantage to the event series setup is the potential to use business intelligence reports.Each RFID card holds the consumption history of any given customer. These transactions can be examined by the organizers, allowing them to make better decisions to optimize the performance of their events.

Event series maximise the potential of cashless payments and business intelligence solutions to create the ultimate customer experience. Glownet’s partnership with Gastrobande has allowed the events company to obtain the maximum potential from their events, and we look forward to working with them more in the future.
