Over 10 years ago, Caloundra Music Festival (CMF) was set up with the aim of delivering a positive economic, social and cultural experience for its guests.

In the 2017 edition, over 26,000 people gathered to witness some of the greatest local stars Australia has to offer, including Spiderbait, Drapht and Thundamental. The three-day event also offered swimming pools, water fountains, children’s parks, picnic zones and a food truck area.

Glownet partnered with CMF to deliver another smooth experience for their guests. With access control tools, cashless payments and business intelligence reports, the event was handled easily.

Furthermore, with the customer spending data captured by the RFID chips, the CMF organizers were able to analyse data which will be paramount in helping them continue to improve future editions of the festival.
